Unwinding part :
1. Unwinding adopts AC motor driven active unwinding ,large coil diameter design , reduce the number of downtime 
2. The tension is controlled by the frequency converter, and the speed is automatically changed with the change of speed and coil diameter
3, Unwinding is equipped with air expansion shaft , automatic hydraulic feeding , reduce manpower , maximum material volume weight 600KG
4.Automatic EPC rectifying device is attached to unwinding .
5.Equipped with automatic stop device for no material and broken material 

 

Punching part:

1. Gantry punching machine, punching size(standard punch diamter is 60mm, if u do big size ,pls tell us ) can be changed, the maintenance of the die is simple.
2. Punching waste is automatically collected by vacuum cleaner.

 

Collection desk part:
1. Equipped with automatic intermittent conveying vertical collecting platform.
2. After counting arrives, the collection platform will automatically shift and output the whole book, which is convenient for collection and packaging.
3. The collecting platform is driven by AC motor, and the speed of the collecting platform is controlled by frequency converter.
