Unwinding part:
1. Unwinding adopts AC motor driven active unwinding, large roll diameter design, reducing the number of shutdowns.
2. Unwinding tension is fully automatically controlled, driven by a frequency converter, and the speed changes automatically with the change of tension and roll diameter.
3. Unwinding is equipped with a heavy-duty key-type air expansion shaft, automatic hydraulic loading, and the maximum roll weight is 600kg.
4. Unwinding is equipped with an automatic EPC deviation correction device.
5. The unwinding rack adopts a double-layer structure design to reduce floor space and save resources.
6. The upper layer of the unwinding rack is equipped with a folding tripod, and the triangular folding rack is adjustable front and back by a motor.
7. It is equipped with an automatic shutdown device for no material or broken material.
8. The roll itself can be used for general tube materials or single film materials, and the raw materials can be HD, LD, LLD and recycled materials.
Double-circle punching part:
1. Double-circle holes are driven by SMC high-speed cylinders.
2. Double-circle punching design, with EPC tracking system, synchronously driven with the collection table.
3. Punching waste automatically falls off, and the bag-type vacuum cleaner collects the punching waste centrally.
4. High-strength punching die, simple die maintenance, and punching knives of different specifications can be replaced.
5. With explosion-proof edge punching design, the bag mouth is not easy to tear open.
Collection table part:
1. Eight 20" vacuum arms are used to collect bags. The vacuum arms are driven by servo motors and run synchronously with the main machine.
2. The distance adjustment of the collection needle is set by the touch screen, with a design of simultaneous movement and adjustment of the entire row, which can quickly adjust the position of the collection needle for bags of different widths.
3. The collection needle is driven by a synchronous belt and two servo motors are driven synchronously, with accurate positioning and fast movement.
4. The collection table has an EPC automatic deviation correction system, which keeps synchronous movement with the double circular holes.
5. Equipped with 3 sets of long-distance automatic static removal equipment to allow bags to be stacked neatly.
6. The collection table is equipped with a safe bag retrieval function to ensure the safety of operators.
