Product Description

UNWINDING PART:
 
1. Independent unwinding rack design, convenient to move position.
2. The material roll is fully automatic and constant tension controlled by a magnetic powder brake.
3. Automatic EPC correction device is attached to unwinding.
4. The unwinding is equipped with an air expansion shaft, adopts air pressure to feed materials, reducing manpower, and the maximum material roll weight is 125kg.
5. It is equipped with automatic shutdown device when no material or material is interrupted.
6. The material roll can be applied to the general tube material or the tube material that has been inserted. The raw material can be HD, LD, LLD and recycled materials.

PRINTED ELECTRIC EYE, K-SHAPED SEAL AND BAG DELIVERY PART
 

1. With blank bag and printed bag color mark tracking mode.
2. The color code electric eye adopts the German (SICK) photoelectric eye, which has zero failure and accurate sealing and cutting size.
3. The bottom of the bag has a K-shaped sealing knife design to enhance the three-dimensional sense of the bottom of the bag.
4. K-type knife adopts double-sided heating, independent temperature control, and double cylinder drive.
5. The bag delivery is driven by Japanese Yaskawa servo motor, high-speed conveying and precise positioning.
6. Adopt spring type to send the bag, adjust the pressure up and down independently.

SOFT HANDLE BAR SEALING EQUIPMENT
 
1. The conveying of soft hand-held auxiliary materials is driven by a servo system, from the whole roll to feeding, cutting to sealing is completed automatically.
2. The soft hand-held unloader adopts a double-layer design, which is suitable for hand-held top and bottom in different colors.
3. The bag mouth is sucked by an oil-free vacuum pump, and the upper and lower vacuum are independently controlled.
4. Equipped with a portable cooling device to make the portable heat seal more smooth.

COLLECTION TABLE PART
 
1. Equipped with automatic horizontal collection table for continuous conveying.
2. After the count arrives, the collection table automatically shifts, and the entire book is output, which is convenient for collection and packaging.
