Unwinding part :

sine cutting part:(wave cutting)

1. Sine cutting equipment with exclusive design can control the change of sinusoidal curve and set the curve freely by touch screen.
2. Sine bag cutting adopts special servo motor control.
3. Sine bag separation alignment adopts manual adjustment, simple operation.
4. Specially designed storage floating roller mechanism, automatic control with bag making speed change.

Punching part:

1. Gantry punching machine, punching size(standard punch diamter is 60mm, if u do big size ,pls tell us ) can be changed, the maintenance of the die is simple.
2. Punching waste is automatically collected by vacuum cleaner.

.Collection desk part:
1. Equipped with automatic intermittent conveying vertical collecting platform.
2. After counting arrives, the collection platform will automatically shift and output the whole book, which is convenient for collection and packaging.
3. The collecting platform is driven by AC motor, and the speed of the collecting platform is controlled by frequency converter.
