CW-600ZF+SZ HIGH SPEED BAG MAKING MACHINE SPECIALLY FOR CENTRAL &BOTTOM SEALING BAG

Single unwinding without transverse deviation correction (with pneumatic feeding)
   
1.Unwinding is automatically controlled by magnetic powder brake with constant tension.
2.Unwinding is equipped with air expansion shaft, using air pressure feeding, reduce manpower, the maximum weight of material volume 125kg.
3. Equipped with automatic stop device for no material and broken material.
4. Feeding is driven by AC motor and controlled by frequency converter.
5. Unwinding is attached with vertical EPC deviation correction device.
6. Newly designed film reverse threading mechanism, no drawing marks on the surface of the bag.

Central forming part
  
1. The folding function of roller and template is adopted to complete the molding of the film flanging once.
2. Elongated folding table is designed, and the supporting film is rolled by guide roller to reduce friction.
3. Molding rubber wheel and molding shovel are adjustable in multiple directions, easy to operate.
4. Adopt two groups of guide roller floating swing arm to make the feeding smoother and more stable.
5. The guide roller of swing arm adopts large size flower roller, so that the edge is not loose and the air is effectively excluded from the film.
6. Feeding is driven by AC motor and controlled by frequency conversion, which automatically changes with the speed of bag making.

 

Horizontal sealing part: (3 groups, cast iron type) :
  
1. Integrated cast iron beam, high strength material, suitable for high speed operation.
2. Aluminum alloy integral casting design is adopted for heating and ironing, without deformation when heated at high temperature.
3. High strength rectangular spring provides heat seal pressure and pressure stability.
4. Newly designed horizontal and vertical fine tuning function of horizontal sealing knife, special bag type can be quickly aligned with the position of sealing knife and pattern.
5. Double feeding adopts pad block design, adjustable asynchronous action, free setting of interval hot pressing.
6. Driven by the main motor connection, high synchronization of operation.

Collection table part:
 
1. Automatic vertical collecting platform, with intermittent and continuous conveying function optional.
2. After counting arrives, the collection platform will automatically shift and output the whole book, which is convenient for collection and packaging.
3. The collecting platform is driven by AC motor.
