UNWIND PART:
 

1. Unwinding adopts friction-type active unwinding and large unwind reel diameter design to reduce the number of machine down-times.
2. Automatic air pressure feeding is adopted to reduce manpower.
3. Equipped with automatic stop functional for running out material and material break.
4. The unwinding tension is active feed type, and the tension is controlled by the inverter. The speed can be changed automatically with the change of the coil diameter.
5. The material roll can use the common tube material or the material roll which has been gussetted on the bag blowing machine.

MAIN MACHINE PART:
 
1. The rear feeding traction is driven by AC frequency conversion motor, and the speed is automatically adjusted.
2.Printing point tracking is controlled by German Lueze photoelectric eye. (Maximum length of printed bag is 800mm)
3. Bag feeding is driven by Yaskawa servo motor.
4. Double-sided heating wire heating sealing design, the upper and lower temperature are independently set to ensure the seal is firm.
5. It has the function of non-overlapping bag feeding with heat-sealed lines to prevent the sealed lines from sticking to each other.
