CW-1000PR+C2 Fully automatic bag-on-roll garbage bag machine 

 

UNWINDER PART:
 
1. Unwinding adopts AC motor driven active unwinding, large coil diameter design, reduce the number of shutdowns. Tension drive is controlled by frequency converter. The rotation speed can be changed automatically with the change of tension and coil diameter.
2. Winding is equipped with air expansion shaft, automatic hydraulic feeding, the maximum weight of winding is 600kg.
3. Automatic EPC rectifying device is attached for unwinding.
4. With no material, material break automatic shutdown device.
5. The material roll can be made of general cylinder material or folded in the bag blowing machine. HD, LD, LLD and recycled materials can be used.

 

HEAT SEALING AND PERFORATION PART:
 
1.With photocell tracking unit for printed bag making*1line
2.Regarding sealing system,adopt continues transportation swing , the film running non-stop,servo motor driver, length size of bag is 250mm-10000mm.
3.Perforation and sealing are set at the same place,in case the sealing line is changed and affect the perforation.
4.Up and down sealing knife independent temperature control.
5.With C fold unit, for c fold type bag(single lane available)
6.when the material is cut off or finish the machine can automatic stop system
7.Sealing knife control by servo motor, control heat sealing time, and control perforated dotted line depth
