Machine details

UNWINDING PART:

1. Unwinding adopts AC motor-driven active unwind feeding, large reel diameter design to reduce the machine down times. The tension drive is controlled by the Invert-er. It can automatically change the speed along with the change of tension and unwinding reel diameter.
2. The unwinding is equipped with an air-expansion shaft, automatic hydraulic feeding, and the maximum material weight is 600kg.
3. Unwinding is equipped with automatic EPC correction device.
4. With automatic stop device for material-free and material-cut.
As for the material roll itself, it can be applied to general tubular materials or material rolls that have been folded on the bag blowing machine. The raw materials can be HD, LD, LLD and recycled materials.
 

SERVO CONTINUOUS PUNCHING PART:

1. Using the latest designed servo continuous punching equipment to improve the speed of bag making.
2. High-speed punching of the film (semicircular hole and vent hole) during continuous film transporting.
3. Use German Leuze  photoelectric eye combined with encoder to control the punching position.
4. An invention design that can manually change the punching position without stopping the machine for easy operation.
5. Punching waste is collected centrally by bag vacuum cleaner.
 

 

DRAWSTRING PART:

1. The unwinding vice material is designed with a large diameter to reduce machine down times.
2. 2 sets of rope-feeding vice materials are equipped with automatic shutdown devices for material-free and material-breakage.
3. 2 sets of rope-feeding vice materials have a non-stop vice material changing design.
4. Attached to the rope-folding vice material folding and cutting equipment.
5. The newly designed bag top material continuous folding device at the top reduces the bag friction.
Rope-threading vice material and top-folding are synchronously threaded in the continuous running state of the film.
 

HOST HEAT SEALING AND BREAKING PARTS:

1. Photoelectric eye tracking device with printed bag
2. Four automatic control by servo motor are adopted to adapt to high-speed production.
3. With regard to the sealing system, the principle of continuous conveying and swinging is adopted, the film runs non-stop, driven by a servo motor, and the length of the bag can be from 250mm to 10m.
4. The breaking and sealing are set at the same position to avoid the change of the sealing line and affect the breaking.
5. Independent temperature control of upper and lower sealing knife.
6. There is no need to replace the sealing knife for both the bottom seal and the double-line seal.
7. Attached to the rope-penetrating reinforced sealing device, so that the top-folded rope-penetrating heat seal is firm.
8. It is equipped with an automatic shutdown device for material break.
9. The traction speed is driven by a servo motor, which can control the tension and speed.
10. The sealing knife is driven by a servo motor, which can control the heat sealing time and the depth of the dotted broken line.
