2. The tension is controlled by the frequency converter, and the speed is automatically changed with the change of speed and coil diameter.
3. Unwinding is equipped with air expansion shaft, automatic hydraulic feeding, reduce manpower, maximum material volume weight 600kg.
4. Automatic EPC rectifying device is attached to unwinding.
5. Equipped with automatic stop device for no material and broken material.
Sine wave cutting part:
1. sine wave cutting equipment with exclusive design can control the change of sinusoidal curve and set the curve freely by touch screen.
2. sine wave bag cutting adopts special servo motor control.
3. sine wave bag separation alignment adopts manual adjustment, simple operation.
4. Specially designed storage floating roller mechanism, automatic control with bag making speed change.
Side sealing knife and conveyor belt part:
1. Reversible heavy side sealing knife, humanized structure design, quick turning, simple cleaning.
2. The side sealing knife has automatic lifting function, which can drop when starting up and rise when stopping.
3. Side sealing knife has water circulation cooling system to make the bag sealing line more smooth during side sealing.
4. Bag conveyor belt is driven by AC motor, and the speed of conveyor belt is controlled by frequency converter.
5. It has the function of decelerating and stacking, which makes the whole bag more neatly stacked and convenient for packing.
