Brief Introduction:
This equipment is used to produce PE square-bottomed valve pockets welded by hot air. The bag tube is cut to length, the tube is turned 90° to feed, the horns are opened to form, the valve port is welded by hot air, the bottom of the bag is folded and formed, and the tube is welded by hot air. A series of actions such as external reinforcement strips at both ends of the bottom of the bag, and output of finished products, realize bag making.
Features:
The square bottom valve bag produced by this equipment is durable, good sealing, low cost, high production efficiency and beautiful appearance. It is suitable for automatic high-speed filling. After filling, it is a regular rectangle, which is convenient for palletizing finished products, saving space and convenient logistics turnover. .
Main features of the equipment:
l1.The cylinder material unwinding mechanism adopts a hydraulic lifting device with an inflatable shaft and a safety chuck, so it is more timely and labor-saving to carry and replace the roll:
