UNWINDER PART:
Unwinding adopt friction action unwinding,super jumbo roll design,reducing the stop times.The tension driven is controlled by inverter,and the speed can be adjust by tension.
The unwinder can make 1 line big bag,or 2 lines small bag.
Adopt automatic vacuum-pressure loading the mother material
Equip with non-material,or the material is cut,the machine automatically stop device.
The unwinding tension is action feeding type
The material which can be suitable for CW-1000PR+C2 are the normal rolling tube material or the material which is already folded by film blowing machine. The material can be HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE,and recycle material.
Equip with star bag folding device, manually adjust the edge.
HEAT SEALING AND PERFORATION PART:
With photocell tracking unit for printed bag making*1line
Regarding sealing system,adopt continues transportation swing , the film running non-stop,servo motor driver, length size of bag is 250mm-10000mm.
Perforation and sealing are set at the same place,in case the sealing line is changed and affect the perforation.
Up and down sealing knife independent temperature control.
With C fold unit, for c fold type bag(single lane available)
when the material is cut off or finish the machine can automatic stop system
Sealing knife control by servo motor, control heat sealing time, and control perforated dotted line depth
REWINDING PART
Fully automatic design-without core rewinding,automatic positioning,automatic finished roll exchange system.
Newly fully automatic design-with core automatic feeding,automatic positioning,automatic finished roll exchange device.
Rewinding traction adopt inverter automatic control rewinding speed (with brake motor)
