Unwinder part:

1.Unwinding adopts AC motor driven active feeding, with large winding diameter design to reduce the
 number of shutdown.Drive by inverter control tension.Speed can be changed automatically with the change 
of tension and winding diameter.
2.The unwinding is equipped with an air shaft and automatic hydraulic feeding. The maximum weight of the 
aniseed coil is 600kg.
3. There is an automatic EPC rectifying device attached to unwinding.
4. With no material, cut material automatic stop device.
5. The material coil can be used for ordinary barrel material or the material coil folded in the bag-blowing machine.
 The raw materials can be HD, LD, LLD and recycled materials.

Five lines hot slitter part:
 
1. With 5pcs hot slitter device, it can adapt to films of different thickness.
2. Each set of hot dividing knives can be moved separately, quickly adjusted to fit the bag width, and the dividing knives can also be moved as a whole.
3. The heat division knife adopts copper knife heating mode, and the temperature of each component knife is controlled independently, and the sealing line is firm.
4. The hot slitter is pneumatic controlled, and the machine will automatically leave the film when shut down.
